Matlab image project

Example of matlab plugin to process images.

In Ex_module_matlab folder:
*ex_module.m is the main. It reads the image, processes it and saves the result image.
*ex_module.m calls a function present in lit_fic_par.m to read and retrieve the information (input/output files and possible parameters) from ex_modulePAR.xml which is normaly generated by plug im ! In the archive, there is also an example file (ex_modulePAR.xml) to be able to test without plug im !
*use executable.m to compile the executable with matlab
Copy the generated executable in 2DTemplate folder and copy the folder in the PlugIns directory of plug im!

Provide with the module the adequate matlab runtime on a machine that does not have matlab installed.
