CNRS, ENS de Lyon, IFP Energies nouvelles (IFPEN), Sorbonne University, Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University and Strasbourg University are pooling their skills and know-how to create, for a period of five years, a joint research laboratory (LCR), "CARMEN", in the field of materials characterization for new energies. The objective is to strengthen knowledge on molecular and/or colloidal transport in porous substrates and to develop fine analysis methodologies in order to support innovations for energy transition.
